Include the app's subdomain (yourapp.vibekit.bot) or the email on your account so we can find it fast. Every message gets read.

Before you write, these solve the common cases

Platform status: whether hosting, agents, or deploys are having a wider issue right now.
App asleep? Free-tier apps sleep when idle and wake on the next visit; the first load after a wake takes a few seconds.
Out of credits? Credits and top-ups live on the Profile page in the web dashboard and the Profile tab in the iOS app. You can also switch any workspace to the free models and keep building at $0 (the Free plan includes 10 AI sessions a month).
Agent misbehaving? Ask it to fix the problem first; it can read its own logs. If it is truly wedged, email us with the subdomain.
